fantastic family getaway

super clean roomdaily restockslippery tiles
the housekeeping was amazing. selma kept our swim up room super clean and made great towel art almost every day. the mini bar was restocked daily.
the pool tiles were very slippery. i saw people falling, including my children. they need to be replaced soon.

The hotel had beautiful grounds and a great beach proximity. It was easy to take a quick walk to the water and spend the day by the sea, with easy access for all guests, including those with mobility issues.

the food was amazing!!! breakfast and dinner had so much choice. the food corner served kebabs, salad, chips, crepes, and pancakes, providing many options to try throughout the day ensuring i was never hungry.

the food in the main restaurant was acceptable, nothing too special but alright.
My room's air conditioning barely worked. I had to call maintenance twice, and it never really got cold enough. this made sleeping difficult. the repair attempts seemed half-hearted, and the room remained uncomfortably warm.
